JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to manage configuration of environments across 3 projects including data lake, integration and agent portal initiatives. Understand the needs of each project and who is in which environment. Stand up, configure, manage and control dynamic environments. The successful candidate will be an experienced configuration manager with technical skills in Informatica, Linux, Hortonworks, Mulesoft and JAVA. Experience with Jenkins, Github, Maven and Chef a plus.

Essential Job Functions
• Plans for and implements environments needed to support objectives.
• Work with security group to determine security requirements.
• Maintains application & source code versions and promotes approved applications to test and production environments.
• Manages application documentation libraries and source code repositories.
• Ensures that appropriate quality steps and approvals are adhered to prior to software promotions.
• Maintain appropriate project documentation for each new build or release.
• Compiles software using standard software development tools.
• Packages builds using proprietary deployment software.
• Works with team members and developers to identify and resolve build or deployment problems.
• Develops processes to support deployment and maintenance of new applications.
• Smoke testing builds for accuracy and completeness.
