• Lead the implementation, testing and support of Adobeanalytics tags for projects
  
• Assist in migration from current BAU solution for web analytics, and developing overall site analytics solution for client using Adobe Omniture
  
• work directly with product/business owners/internal teams and technical specialists to plan and execute tagging of page for site analytics
  
• Provide a center of excellence for Adobe Omniture knowledge and assist analytics users in adopting Omniture analytics using best practices
  
• Evangelize importance of analytics and optimization across organization while developing strong relationships with the business stakeholders
  
• Help ensure best practices are applied to the toolset.
  
•  You must have experience in online analytics, specifically related to acquisition, product, pricing, and channel strategies aimed at improving conversions, customer engagement, retention, and profitability.
  
•  The role demands a self-starter and someone who is versatile enough to work across channels, e.g. web, email, mobile and in collaboration with business and IT teams. Will drive On-Line Usage Patterns (Tealium).
  
•  Primary responsibilities include leading the web analytics function to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve the company's online presence and inform marketing strategy.
  
•   In addition to the online skill set, the candidate must have excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. The candidate will join a team of very talented individuals and enter an extremely fast-paced, high-intensity working environment.
  
•  Must know online reporting and analysis experience in highly quantitative, consumer-facing field.
  
•  Strong experience with Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture)
  
•  Good understanding with tagging tools such as Tealium
  
•  Highly proficient with MS Suite, particularly Excel.
  
•  High degree of proficiency with developing custom reports.
•  Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•  Planning, problem solving, and organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Location                        :     Phoenix, AZ

Duration                       :     Long term

JD: 

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering projects using Agile Methodologies

• Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility 

• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

•  Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers

• Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams

• Scrum Master certification is a plus

• Experience using Rally agile delivery management platform is a plus 

• Experience with object-oriented design and coding skills across a variety of platforms is a plus

• Experience with web services and open API development, as well as SOA concepts, is a plus

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience to Finance  domain 

• Analytical skills 

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
