Transform Agency Network and associated service to enterprise operational standards and control

 

PART A:  The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

 

Senior Level 

You must be a Senior Project Manager with documented employment experience of 5-7 years (60-84 months).

  

-  You must have experience with overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables, Delegating and coordinating of tasks and Project status, meetings, scope changes, and issues.

 

-  You must be able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.

 

PART B:   Requested Desirable  Qualifications:

60 months of experience in the Project Manager role on large-scale enterprise network migration and/or consolidation projects
60 months of experience in tracking projects using automated tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
60 months of experience in facilitating and managing communication across stakeholder groups including executive-level sponsors.
60 months of experience in tracking, managing and appropriately communicating issues and risks.
36 months of experience in defining quality control processes and metrics.
36 months of experience in developing comprehensive project documents including: scope documents, communications plans project schedule, issues tracking, and status reports.
36 months of experience in managing IT projects in NY State government.
36 months experience facilitating group discussions, work breakdown structures, and task sequencing.
Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification.
Bachelor's Degree.
