Role: Test Lead (Insurance Domain)

Location: Irvine, California

Job Description:

• Should have thorough understanding on different Coverages for Workers compensation
• Should have good knowledge on Medical & Disability Income Benefits (TPD,TTD,PPD,PTD)
• Should possess good knowledge on WCOMP Rating and Classification
• Should have good understanding of end to end Policy Administration System
• Should have good experience in test estimation techniques
• Report testing metrics to test manager that indicate status of testing, defects, and current quality of product
• Strong knowledge of preparing Test Plans
• Experience in handling large teams
• Able to work on onsite-offshore model
• Experience with Black box testing
• Able to drive defect triage meetings at the client's location
• Should be able to liaise with the business analysts during the requirement gathering stage
• Should be able understand the client's business and work towards achieving the client's goals and objectives
