Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Duration: long term

Location: St. Louis, MO

 

•             Knowledge of SDLC and its different phases

•             What all documents are created by BA in different phases of SDLC (e.g. BRD, TRD/FRD, SRS, etc.)

•             Knowledge of Visio

•             Excellent understanding of requirement elicitation techniques.

•             Thorough Knowledge of UML—specifically the Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, Use Case Diagram

•             May perform application testing and have experience in validating test cases.

 

·         Must Have

o    Cable or telco experience

o    CSG, ICOMS, or AMDOCS billing systems experience

o    Strong technical writing experience

o    Cable Provisioning Experience

 

·         Nice to have

o    ALM experience

o    Visual Paradigm
