Relevant Experience (in Yrs)	6+
Technical/Functional Skills	Building Visual force page Coding experience with Apex Class – custom and extension Approval Process Workflow Process Service Cloud – HR and Knowledge Application experience Triggers Web services – REST and SOAP experience DML – SOQL and SOSL Data Loader Experience Deployment Application Dream Factory and Ant experience.
Experience Required	Sales Force
Roles & Responsibilities	Customer POC Gather requirements for Small mod , CSR and suggesting the design approach. Production support, need to give quick turnaround for all the defects in prod. Some time business would require some tactical approach on the existing application, which needs to be supplemented. Code deployment and coordinating release validation. Offshore Coordination
Generic Managerial Skills	Good Communication Skills, The resource will be able to work independently
Education	Under/Post Graduation Degree
Duration of assignment (in Months)	1 Year
