Skills Required and Job Description:

MOi:Telephone+Skype Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Government, Information Systems.  Seven (7) years relevant experience or five (5) years with a Master's degree. Experience working with state or federal government agencies a plus Experience working with state taxation/revenue systems a plus Demonstrated business process analysis and re-design experience Demonstrated experience on enterprise software development projects and teams Demonstrated experience assessing deliverable documents against criteria and writing assessment reports Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner to accomplish objectives Demonstrated ability to be organized and multi-task; establish and follow priorities Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft-based office applications Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint
