Skills Required and Job Description:

Mode of Interview: Telephonic Followed By Skype SKills: The Security Engineer works under limited supervision to perform network security engineering with a heavy focus on firewall protection as well as network intrusion detection, Layers 1-7 on the firewalls as well as other security related projects. A CCNP or a CCIE is a plus but a minimum of 5 years of experience in security engineering is a must.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent certification and/or experience in a network environment. CCIE, CCNP or Equivalent certification in communication technology. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficient understanding of data and voice communications equipment, protocols, cabling and physical standards. PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and Windows applications. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communications and negotiation skills.
