Education/ Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 7 years of application programming and analysis experience required.
- Has a broad level understand surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.
- Experience in leading projects required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret very complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas, identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions.
- Experience designing, developing and testing applications using proven or emerging technologies.
Top Three Skills/Experience (5-7 years)
1. Proficiency with MS Office: Project , Word, Excel, Power Point
2. Experience in project implementation on NASCO
3. Extensive NPS claims processing experience
Required Skills/Experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years of NPS claims processing experience
* Experience in identifying and implementing Medical Policy on NPS
* Working knowledge of NASCO and BFAST
* Working knowledge of Project implementation .
* Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience serving as a liaison between business and IT.
* Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple clients.
