We are seeing backouts from some of the subcons that we have confirmed after the client interviews. Skillset is mentioned below.

 

Skills, requirement:

1.       Very good hands on knowledge  of C/C++

2.       Good communication skills

3.       Able to perform in the GDM model and identify the opportunity for offshore

4.       Joining time within a week of confirmation
