Business Analyst/ Data Analyst

Business Analyst (Data Analyst):

St. Louis, MO

6+ Months

 

Description:

 

ICOM, Oracle, PL/SQL

 

ICOM is a billing system.  People refer to it as ICOM or ICOMS.  This role is in support of a biller isolation project, specifically working with ICOM, so candidates must know it.  We'll consider candidates with a year of experience, but there is no time to train the basics.

 

· Strong database analysis skills within multiple platforms – Oracle preferred (e.g SQL Developer Tool - navigating, running big queries, counting things that matter, joins, etc.)

· Experience with a billing system database in addition to ICOMS would be a plus (e.g. CSG)

· Good understanding of or direct experience with biller migrations

· Expert level knowledge of standard cable industry processes and practices such as equipment provisioning, department roles, sales channels, VOIP order taking and delivery, statement presentation, etc.

· Experience with creating data mapping documentation
