Required Skills & Years of experience

 

  • Experience analyzing business, systems, and process requirements.
  • Experience producing technical documentation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 2007.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; written and oral.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate, proofread accurately and demonstrated ability to prioritize work, work within tight delivery schedules, and meet deadlines.

 

Desired Skills Required Skills & Years of experience

  • Healthcare IT and/or insurance IT experience preferred.
  • Experience managing documentation requirements.
  • Experience working under document version control and configuration management.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
