Role: Mainframe Consultant -  Production Support

Location: Torrance-CA

 Duration: 12 months with possibility of extensions

Job Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP

 

JD:

Must have experience in monitoring  mainframe jobs and suggest proactive  process improvement

Must have ability to provide production fixes

Must have ability to provide-Adaptive, Perfective and Preventive maintenance to the mainframe ystem

Monitor Service Management tool for tickets and has the ability to meet Service Level.

Ability to multitask and must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Ability to document requirements, design

Strong analysis capability, able to lead the effort independently with minimum supervision such as coordinating with other teams e.g., Integration, DB, Mainframe

Must have experience working in Onsite-Offshore model
