o 10+ MINIMUM years of Java/J2EE hands-on development experience
o 3+ years of retail ecommerce domain experience
o Should have worked and architected systems following SOA architecture
o Should have experience in creating Software Architecture documents
o Should have designed medium scale Ecommerce sites independently (at least 1)
o Excellent communication skills
