Position: Palo Alto Network Security Engineer

Location: Detroit MI

Duration: 6+ months

 

Managing information security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, Anti-Virus, SSL-VPN, IDP etc.

 

 

·         The person needs to have minimum of 3+ years' experience in deploying, managing and troubleshooting various network security technologies including Juniper/Palo Alto firewalls, IDP, Juniper SSL-VPN, RSA SecurID, Qualys, Symantec Anti-Virus, BlueCoat Proxy, DNS etc.

·         The physical ability to work in a power plant environment (e.g. climb stairs, work in hot, confined environments); and flexibility to perform on-call responsibilities to provide off-hours support as scheduled.

·         Bachelor's degree in an applicable information technology discipline.

 

Bachelor Degree MIS CIS or Relevant Science	Highly desired
Sr. Level Network Security Experience	Required	8	Years

 

Expert knowledge of firewalls and networking background	Required	5	Years
Ability to travel  (Detroit Area)	Required

 

Juniper/Palo-Alto  are required to receive this position
