Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have	·        Design, Develop and Test Qlikview reports. ·         Qlikview Administration ·         Knowledge of Qlikview Architecture. ·         Knowledge of Business Intelligence basics ·         Data Modeling, QVD, Data Load ·         SQL skills ·         DBMS skills (DB2/UDB preferred) ·         Knowledge of data modeling tool ·        Create Use Cases, Class and Sequence diagrams
Good-to-Have	·        Knowledge of other reporting tool like Cognos/Business Objects ·        Knowledge of ETL
Background	·        Qlikview development
