·         Lead consultant : Having Oracle EBS R12 Functional expertise in HCM modules:

·         Core HR, Self Service, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor

Location:             

Seattle, WA, USA

Responsibilities               

•             Having Oracle EBS R12 Functional expertise in HCM modules:

o             Core HR, Self Service, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Oracle Incentive Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor

•             Collecting / understanding / communicating / deploying HR functional application requirements

•             Providing input and oversight to the execution of functional design, configuration and testing, including writing and reviewing functional requirements and design specifications

•             Identifying/translating HR & business needs into system design and configuration

•             Support of testing strategy and execution (unit, integration, user acceptance)

•             Co-ordinate with offshore development team and ensure quality of deliverables

 

Skills     

Good Knowledge on Oracle Database (PL/SQL) and Development tools (TOAD)

Should have experience in leading testing in Oracle eBS

Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work in an offshore-onsite global delivery model context

Qualification     

M.C.A / M.Sc / M.E/ B.E./ B.Tech /M.Tech /MBA with excellent, consistent academic credentials.

 

 

Experience Required ( In Years)              

Minimum of  10 years
