MUST HAVE:

·         Experience identifying and analyzing their business process objectives and requirements

·         Experience preparing requirements specifications reports and other system documentation

·         Experience translating functional specifications into technical specifications

·         Experience creating and executing test plans

·         Strong interpersonal skills

·         Strong technical skills

·         Possess the following professional Competencies

• Listening
• Process Management
• Technical Learning
• Presentation Skills

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with the Microsoft suite of products including Team Foundation Server and Test Manager
