Must-Have       

 

1.          Sound understanding of all components in the IBM Tivoli IDM suite,  Websphere Application Server, Message Queues, DB2, Tivoli Directory Integrator, Tivoli Directory Server, Adapter development tool

2.          4-7 years of administration support experience in IBM Tivoli suite of Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM) version 5.1 and above and Tivoli Access Manager(TAM) with TFIM..

3.          Knowledge of

a.          Creating Provisioning Models.

b.         Custom Identity Management applications.

c.          User and Account Life cycles.

d.         Managing WebSeal single signon.

4.          Proven  experience of designing and deploying identity solutions using IBM Tivolis stack

5.          Custom code development in Java / Javascript for augmenting out of the box features

6.          Creating and modifying workflows for implementing business flows

7.          Experience of integrating a variety of user repositories, including databases, LDAP servers, Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, UNIX, and enterprise services such as HR systems, Application Servers, CRM, etc.

8.          Understanding of managed services business and the significance of SLAs, SOPs, periodic reporting and escalation matrices

9.          Possess demonstrated skills in customer-centric selling, and supporting the sales team in closing deals by providing technological support

 

Good-to-Have 

10.        Understanding of enterprise security and auditing requirements

11.        Ability to work to deadlines.

12.        Strong problem-solving skills.
