I Net Soft is looking for US-IT Sr. Bench Sales Recruiters & BDM for Remote.
Positions: Sr. Bench Sales Recruiters & BDM
Location: Remote or Vijayawada, India
Position: Sr. Bench Sales Recruiters (Open: 2)
Need to have 2-3 Years of experience in US-IT Recruiting
Should be able to reach daily submissions cap.
Need to work with Tier1 and/or Preferred Vendors.
Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
Relationship Management with Tier-1 and/or Vendors.
Should be open to work in night shits.
Position: BDM (Open: 2)
Need to have 3-6 Years of exp. in US-IT Recruiting and more on Business Development with Tier-1 Vendors.
Establish new Accounts for Bench Sales & Recruiting.
Need to work as Team Player to mentor the recruiters.
Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
Need to work on Tier1 submissions for experienced profiles.
Packages: Salary, Performance based Incentives, One-time Bonus, & Benefits.
