• DB2 administration on UNIX/Windows is added advantages

• Installation/Upgrade/Configuration/Security

• Server/Disk capacity planning

• Performance Tuning

• Incident/change/release management

• Hands on HADR setup

• Hands on DB2 tools like Data Studio, performance manager

• Documentation

• 24x7 on-call Support
