- Extensive administrator knowledge on Jira tool.

- Should be able to customize Jira for customer environment.

- Install and configure Jira. - custom Jira Integration with existing systems.

- Should be able to remove Vendor lock in.

- Should be able to maintain and upgrade the platform.

- Must be able to use macros to get the desired layout and information on implementation.
