Mandatory Functional Skills	In depth knowledge on Service Contracts, Installed base, Field Services modules in release 12. The role will require to perform below activities         1. Requirement Gatherring         2. Fit-Gap Analysis         3. Application Design         4. System Configuration         5. Conduct CRP,SIT, UAT         6. Design Documentation         7. Transition to Technical
Desirable Functional Skills	In depth knowledge on service and CRM modules in release 12
