ITSM (REMEDY)

Location: MI, WI

Duration: 6+ Months

Managed Support or design of BMC Remedy 7.x toolset

Project Management knowledge with formal methodologies from PMI, PRINCE2 will be a plus

Process certifications such as ITIL V3 Foundations, ITIL Service Manager certification will be strongly preferred
