Duration: 12 + months
Mandatory Skills:
· Strong work experience as User Interface Developer and Designer
· experience in HTML5.0 , CSS3.0
· Experience in client side technologies, Java script,Jquery,,AJAX
· Experience in Tools like Adobe Photo shop
· Experience in Server side technologies Java/ASP.NET
· Good problem solving skills, trouble shooting website performance issues
· Experience in supporting 24/7
· Experience in handling support tickets
· Experience in ecommerce environment is a plus
Role & Responsibilities:
· Understand the flow of ecommerce application and support the ecommerce website handle any issues.
· Analyse the tickets trends and contribute towards permanent resolution of tickets /proactive support.
· Make enhancements to the existing ecommerce application.
· Prepare analysis /design documents and other relevant documantation.
· Work with offshore team ,team in EU coordinate on need basis.
· Work with thirdparty vendors , which provide part of the ecommerce site functionality.
