Urgent Need for Sr SharePoint Developer

 

Position:          Sr SharePoint Developer

Location:          Cleveland, OH

Duration:          6+Months

 

Notes:

·         Sr. Developer  experience in Current role

·         Experience into Admin role

·         Good experience into SharePoint 2013

·         Please note SP 2013 development experience is mandate. Migration experience of 2010/2007 to 2013 will not work for the position.

 

 

Technical Skills Comments:  

·         Expert in the design, configuration, administration, installation, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions with significant prior experience with design and configuring SharePoint 2013 solutions

·         Must be effective in a highly interactive, prototyping environment and be capable of interaction with business users

·         Expert in the design, configuration, and development of SharePoint 2013 solutions

·         Must be a senior and mature resource able to develop solutions in an unstructured, new environment

·         In a protoyping environment, develop workshops demonstrating standard SharePoint 2013 capabilities to illicit more detailed requirements, design solution and build solution

·         In a protoyping environment, develop workshops demonstrating .Net extensions to SharePoint 2013 to illicit more detailed requirements, design solution, and build solution

·         Strong knowledge of information engineering

·         Ability to develop the information and content design

·         Deep knowledge of all configuration/administration options in SharePoint and ability to configure SharePoint to meet business needs

·         Will load content and data as required into SharePoint

·         Deep knowledge of .Net development

·         Ability to manage the overall prototyping environments and install and setup SharePoint and .Net development tools as needed

·         Should have prior design and implementation experience with SharePoint 2013

·         Should have prior development experience extending SharePoint 2013 with .Net tools

·         Prior experience using TFS

·         Significant prior experience with SharePoint 2013 and enhancement/customization of SharePoint 2013 using Visual Studio and .Net tools is required.  

·         Design and Configuration/Administration of SharePoint solutions greater than 5 years

·         Design and extension of SharePoint solutions with .Net tools greater than 5 years

·         Server installation and setup of SharePoint and .Net tools greater than 5 years

·         Design and implementation leadership of SharePoint solutions greater than 5 years

 

Day to Day Tasks:  

·         Illicit requirements and design from business thru workshops and prototyping

·         Coordinate with Data Center and Infrastructure Engineers as needed

·         Install SharePoint 2013

·         Install .Net tools, components, and services

·         Engineer information, content, and metadata design

·         Load data and content into SharePoint 2013 as required

·         Design SharePoint 2013 solutions

·         Configure/setup SharePoint 2013

·         Administer SharePoint 2013

·         Develop overall prototype of Accounting Knowledge Base using SharePoint 2013, .Net, Visual Studio, and SQL (solution content leadership and responsibility)

·         Technical expertise with SharePoint 2013 and .Net to help developers resolve design and development issues

·         Conducts reviews of solutions from developers

·         Test developed solution and correct errors

·         Enhances prototype in follow on iterations

·         Any other tasks (assuming the skills exist) required to successfully deliver a high quality and on time solution to the business
