ServiceNow:
The individual will focus primarily on ServiceNow configuration, implementations, and integrations.
The primary ServiceNow tasks the position will focus on include:
· ServiceNow Configuration and Implementation
· Configuring, testing, and deployment of modules and categories within ServiceNow throughout onboarding of clients from transition to steady operations
· Compute Services – configuring the tool for billing/invoicing, integrations with new compute service provider, testing, and deployment
· Configuring the tool for Enterprise Service Request, testing, and deployment
