Job Description:
This position will:
Assist with the development of the SCSM tool used as the primary ticketing tool for the retail technology group. Primary responsibility will be for configuring, troubleshooting and responding to issues involving SCSM.
The SCSM is responsible for:
1. Development and expansion of the SCSM platform
2. Utilizing .Net development skills to expand on SCSM capabilities.
3. Ensuring accurate records and documentation of solutions are maintained and audited throughout the year utilizing TFS
4. Improve management efficiency of SCSM through the use of automation and scripting
5. Act as a point of technical contact for the SCSM developed solution
6. Support the "go live" of the SCSM system and be prepared to work as required to support and document support processes
This developer shall commit to working within small SCSM team dedicated to the development of this environment. They shall exhibit urgency with any request response. This is role requires close engagement with the Service Manager Program Manager. There is a high expectation to provide, and maintain a world class customer support system essential to the support of the Microsoft Retail Stores. The developer will work with System Center tools team to ensure that all solutions (emphasis on infrastructure) can be properly monitored, and that a documented event management system with TSG's is in place for any Retail assets as directed.
Job Requirements:

• Dot Net skills and development of the SCSM toolset
• Excellent development discipline, utilizing team code solutions such as TFS
• Exhibiting Excellent teamwork to fit within the team
• Skills in developing support documentation and hand over to supporting teams
• Understanding of ITIL processes and how SCSM enables them
