Job Title: Front End UI developer

Location: Barrington, IL

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

·         Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

·         Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in software development using Java/J2EE technologies.

·         Strong Experience using  Play framework,   Single page Web applications,  HTML5/CSS/JavaScript,    JQuery, Bootstrap.

·         Excellent experience using design patterns and best practices in front end design and development.

·         Creative Problem solver.

·         Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills

·         Work collaboratively as part of a self-organizing scrum team with minimal supervision

·         Participate in verification and testing efforts as needed.

·         Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

·         Must be willing to work out of an office located in Barrington, IL

·          

Desired Characteristics

 

  Angular experience preferred

•             Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

•             Work with an agile team of 5-6 members through the agile development cycle

•             Able to clearly articulate and document software designs and strategies

•             Write high quality code using test-driven development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices
