Phone (1 hour tech screen)-Onsite interview
Needs: Core Java, Spring MVC, JQuery, Apache/Tomcat, SQL, Front End Development work
Web facing application
Need to have an innovative mindset
Previous agile experience required
Manager likes longer duration in assignments; better work history is preferred
Casual, laid back team. Manager does not want to be hands on-wants people who will get their stuff done and if they run into issues, have the ability communicate those problems and work through them
Candidates will be working on the application mentioned above.
It is the institutional side of RPS; used as a reporting hub, for data requests…basically a portal for the business side.
Caters to the clients; not the individuals; meaning sponsors, advisors, fiduciaries.
