Mandatory Skills:

Struts 2.0 (MVC framework for Web Tier)

EJB 3.0 (Business Tier)

WebServices (SOAP, WSDL, JAX-WS, JAXB), JMS for Integration and Messaging

SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)

XML, XSL, XSLT, Ajax SQL, PL/SQL UML JBPM (Workflow Engine) Ant,

Maven Security - Authentication, Authorization Design Patterns Database - Oracle 10g, 11g Application Servers - Websphere, JBoss Experience in Tools- Toad, MyEclipse, XMLSpy, CVS, SVN

Job Title: Senior JAVA/ Android

Work Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participate in Agile Scrum teams as the Clean Coder referent

2. Act as a pair programmer

3. Review the code against code quality metrics / Provide recommendations

4. Coach the software developer on how to design his code in order to develop Unit Tests

5. Review Unit Tests scenario / Provide recommendations

6. Support the Continuous Integration initiative by providing feedback and recommendations for improvement

7. Provide technical support for software engineers to rapidly, repeatedly release reliable software

Must have skills:

1. Robust programming techniques skills a must

2. Strong experience in Android/JAVA & JUnits

3. Very good communication skill a must

4. Ability to coach software developers

5. Experience in training and supporting development team

6. Experience in working on Continuous Integration tools (build, ticketing, metrics, review)
