Role: Oracle DBA- Solution Architect 

Location: Seattle, Washington

Duration: 12 Months

Job Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP

No of positions: 1

JD: 

•   Involves installation, configuration of Oracle RCA

•   Involves writing and understandin simple and complex SQL queries

•   Performance tuning and Monitoring using SQL and RDBMS"

Key Technical Skill            " •   Oracle database administration (9i to 11g are essential versions) – installation, instance creation and cloning, monitoring, managing users implement auditing.

•    Significant experience with SQL, PL/SQL and SQLPlus

•    Proven involvement with release and change management

•    Practical, commercial experience with High Availability Oracle installations

•    Proven experience with RMAN Backup and recovery

•    Oracle ASM

•    Significant experience supporting Oracle in a commercial, production environment

•    Proven ability with shell scripting

•    RDBMS and SQL Performance Tuning

•    Performance Monitoring

•    Exposure to Oracle RAC – installing, configuring,

•   Practical experience with Data Guard and/or Standby databases, Golden Gate"

Desired Skills      "•   Experience of working with Azure or other cloud platforms.

•   Oracle certification would be advantageous – OCP or above
