Position: CRM Business Analyst(Healthcare)
Location: Richmond, VA

Duration:6+MONTHS

JD:

1) Very strong in understanding the business needs and converting them into documents for the different teams (technical/business).
2) Very strong in the business processes like requirement management and communication/elicitation /solution assessment and validation.
2) Very strong client communication
3) Previous Business handling experience is mandatory.
4) Need to have experience in writing use cases and BTRD documents.
5) Need to have Healthcare experience
