​Health Care Business Analyst
Interview mode: Telephone and FTF must
Location: Quincy, MA

Duration: Longterm

Senior Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
Works with business users to define, analyze, document, and report on problems and proposed solutions
Evaluates the implications of business and technical solutions to the current and future operating environments
- Performs system end user support
-Maintain & manage systems documentation in support of business requirements
- Needs to have an understanding of healthcare plans back office operations, a payer SME

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
-Good working knowledge of and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools, and processes to meet demands of the job
Domain knowledge and experience within the Health Care Payer Operations environment
Applies research, information gathering, and analytical skills to solving problems
- 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience ​
