Title: UX Business Analyst

Description:
User Experience lead on project, managing client relationships, analytical approach, solutions definition, concept development and design deliverables.
Facilitate strategic initiatives with Client, including SME interviews with executives and senior management to determine overall solution and user experience strategic direction.
Defining information architecture and navigational structure that is logical and consistent.
Vetting design concepts with stakeholders and development groups.
Partnering with business sponsors, users and developers to build consensus around the User Experience.
Strong Web Design and Interactive Design. Hands on design using UX prototyping tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
Conducts research, interviews, and observational studies for business partners. Experience developing Customer Journeys based on research findings.
Develops strategic recommendations/roadmaps for systems based on research, customer journeys and stakeholder input.
