· Strong data analysis skills and experience.
· Strong SQL skills, TSQL and PL/SQL desirable.
· Strong understanding of database design principles:
o OLTP table design, Star Schema
o Primary keys, foreign keys, natural keys
o 1st, 2nd, 3rd normal forms
o Party model knowledge desirable
· Oracle and SQL server DB knowledge and experience
· Knowledge of any MDM tool essential, Informatica/Siperian MDM desirable; Should be conceptually strong on MDM concepts and strategies, match/merge rule development, etc.
· Knowledge of Informatica ETL desirable; Should be conceptually strong on ETL concepts and strategies, multiple source- to-target mapping, etc.
· Nice to have: Data Quality knowledge, Informatica IDQ desirable
