Job Title: Remedy Developer
Location: Clarks Summit, PA
Duration: 6+ months
 
Must Have Skills:
•CMDB Modules (HP uCMDB, BMC Atrium, IBM eCMDB)
•Java, scripting skills, Remedy Atrium CMDB configuration, JSON files, Microsoft SQL Server
•Work with Asset owner to determine the best system solution for adding HP Printers to the CMDB
• System solution must include a method to keep the process evergreen
•Develop and deploy new feed – or enhance existing feed -of new HP printers into the CMDB
•Add new printers to the asset file which is sent to HP
•Monitor Remedy foundation data and CMDB feeds to ensure they run properly
•Check status of Remedy CMDB reconciliation jobs daily to ensure there are no errors
•Address and resolve errors encountered during job processing
•Review Java coding update requests and provide feasibility assessment
•Document the existing CMDB
