Application Server, Process Scheduler, and Web Logic server in Unix and NT environments,standard desktop software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Mandatory Functional Skills
software requirements gathering and use case development, understanding of the perspectives and needs of the customers for owned software component(s) support
