Senior OBIEE Developer for an enterprise Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse project

Project involves the use of the following technical stack: OBIEE, Netezza, Endeca and SSIS.

Consultant must have:

- advanced visualization skills and attention to detail is a priority

- excellent soft & communication skills

Minimum 5 years direct (hands on) experience developing data warehouse and reporting solutions with Oracle BI technologies (OWB, ODI, OBIA, OBIEE, PeopleSoft EPM, etc.)
Able to position, present and evangelize the value proposition for Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions in general, and for Oracle BI/DW/ETL solutions in particular
Able to understand and articulate what the client really needs (even when they cannot)
Able to understand the larger context (the big picture) in which their efforts are a part
Able to design, develop, configure and optimize complex ETL packages and process flows
Able to design, develop, configure and optimize OBIEE reports and dashboards using the most current versions
Able to make tactical technical decisions that are aligned with the established technical strategy and framework
Experienced in developing large Oracle-based data warehousing environments
Possesses a working understanding of logical and physical database design
Direct experience with dimensional data modeling
Experienced in writing functional and technical specifications
Oracle DBA and BI certifications are a plus
Experience with other RDBMS platforms, ETL tools and/or BI reporting applications is a plus
Consulting experience is a plus
