Required background:
Technologies: Java, Spring, JSP, Javascript, Oracle, CSS, HTML, XML, SQL, JMS, Web Services, JBoss, Apache, Maven,GIT, Eclipse.

Work with other DSW development teams to create new cross-functional integrations, or maintain existing ones.
Analyze customer business requirements and software/product objectives; develop an application design in products to meet customer needs with minimal oversight

Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT
ATG experience is a plus
Experience working with web projects
Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility
Experience working in an agile environment and with test driven development is a plus
Knowledge and understanding of retail industry is a plus
Ability to integrate in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent planning skills and a proactive approach
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Strong oral/written communications and analytical skills
Decisive and results oriented
Creative, strategic thinker and solutions-minded
High performance individual who expects the same from others and teaches by example
