Job Title : IT Recruiter / Bench Sales

Job Location : Hyderabad, AP

Specialist in : Sales & Marketing , Recruiting .
Ideal candidates must possess the following skills:
* Minimum 1-3+ Years of US Staffing experience
* Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Excellent Organizational and Prioritization skills
* Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency
* Negotiation Skills
* Client focused and Consultant focused attitude
* Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills

*Must have experience clearing the candidates on bench

* Ability to create and sustain long term relationships with Clients. 

* Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Negotiation Skills

* Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to clients

* Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.

* Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.

* Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.

* Team player with leadership skills
