Required Skills:
The selected individual must be highly organized and have the ability to lead both financially and technical complex projects with specific expertise in Medicaid financial reporting and analysis |
| Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather business requirements and communicate status and issues. |
| Demonstrated ability to consult with and influence executive decision-makers on an on-going basis, to develop long-range and short-range strategic alternatives, and to lead large groups (>50) |
| Demonstrated ability to solve problems of high complexity and serve as a key resource to others. |
| North Carolina Medicaid (NCTracks) operational experience. |
| Demonstrated experience in managing ongoing operations concurrent with substantial organizational change. |
| Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related technical fields. |
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience working collaboratively with NC Medicaid system services organizations including OMMISS, NCFAST, CSC, and Truven |
| Understanding of the relationship between NCAS and NCTracks relative to Medicaid financial budgeting and reporting |
| Understanding of Medicaid financial budgeting and reporting. |
