The Role:

Client is currently seeking a highly-motivated Senior Software Developer who has a demonstrable track record of being an effective and creative team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment creating complex software applications, while being a strong contributor to the diverse range of projects.

The Senior Software Developer will provide high quality technological solutions that address business needs by developing top-notch Web, service, and component-based applications within a profuse amount of rapidly growing technology environments. This position will be a member of the IT Systems development team and will participate in the continuing development of a cloud-based, enterprise, multitenant platform used to manage LOB processes and public-facing content.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, driven by the desire to learn, and be able to work within a team or with a vendor to provide a solution or solve a problem. Prior experience working in an exciting, cutting-edge, entrepreneurial start-up environment which is in step with modern software architectures and technologies is a huge plus. This position will be responsible for working collaboratively with other technology teams in order to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall architectural design
• Build web services/data layer objects and functionality as assigned
• Construct platform widgets" using MVC pattern
• Assist with database design and management during development
• Assist in the deployment to testing, staging, and production environments
• Assist QA with building test cases
• Work with other team members on module integration

Must Haves:

• Hands-on Experience developing N-Tier solutions handling high volume processing.
• 6+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft.Net Technologies.
• Hands on SQL Backend (MySQL, SQL Server) experience, including writing stored procedures and triggers
• OOA or OOD approach to development
• Experience with WCF and XML
