Re: [LST] LA doubt

So why can't it be option B? Since both facets are dealt with as such.

I agree with you. It should be B.
C was never entrusted with nor did he have dominion over the car.

Q1. Principal: Whoever entrusted with a certain property or with dominion over the property of another dishonestly misappropriates it or converts it to his own use, is said to have committed criminal breach of trust.
Facts: A leaves his car in possession of B with the express instructions that he will take it back once he is back in town. B's servant C takes the car out of the possession of B and sells it.

a. C has committed criminal breach of trust.
b. C has not committed criminal breach of trust.
c. B not C is liable for criminal breach of trust as he was entrusted with the car and C being his employee, B is vicariously liable.
d. C has not commited any offence.

The answer given is D. Should it not be B?

Statement - An Advertisement - "Our shoes are for the rich"

Assumption 1- Many people liked to be labelled as rich.
Assumption 2 - One can't become rich unless one has that brand of shoes.

I had marked (C) but the Answer says (A) . Anybody who can provide a cogent explanation?

Statement -  Money is the root cause of all the problems in a family .

Assumption 1 - Every problem is caused by something
Assumption 2 - There are always some problems in a family.

Again , i think it should be (A) but the answer key says (C).
