Data Conversion Lead The Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for all data conversion activities for the Bidder’s proposed solution.  This resource will be responsible for leading all aspects of the conversion, mapping and cross-walking legacy data to the California Business Connect Solution, ensuring the Solution meets Section 6.0 - Business and Technical Requirements.

·         Thirty-six (36) months experience leading data conversion strategies, including establishing conversion rules, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for large scale conversion efforts. ·         Sixty (60) months experience with data conversion development, testing and execution utilizing DBMS and ETL tools and technologies for structured and unstructured content. ·         Sixty (60) months experience in SQL query development, rule-based transformation, and source file preparation ·         Twenty-four (24) months experience performing in a lead role designing solutions for projects converting records from multiple legacy systems into one consolidated data view in a project of similar size and scope.
