Immediate Need: SAP CRM Service & Support Lead at Seattle, WA

Title: SAP CRM Service & Support Lead

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 9 Months

 

Required Skills:

 

Total Experience 8-9 years in SAP.

Minimum 3-4 end to end implementation. Experience in CRM 7.0 and above is essential.

 

Module Expertise: CRM Service(Case Management, Service Request, Service Contract, Return & Repair Management), Base Customizing, IC Web Client.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with resources offshore and be able to coordinate the work done by several consultants to deliver the solution 

that exactly meets customer needs. Candidate must be very familiar with RDS and/or SAP CRM Best Practices

Candidate should independently be able to conduct requirement gathering sessions, write blueprint and functional specifications. Sound understanding of SAP CRM  technical concepts required.

Candidate should have good client facing qualities and should be independently lead a team.

Experience or knowledge in Telecomm business processes will be added advantage.

Experience or knowledge in SAP CRM IS Telecomm solution will be added advantage.
