Role: Database Administrator in SC Only Local with 10 Exp

Location : Columbia SC
Duration : 4 months

 

Candidate will serve as Chief contact for agency database issues.  Candidate must be very familiar with the SCDOI database upgrade from Oracle 11.1g to Oracle 11.2G.

Requirements:

10+ years database administration experience

Outstanding communication and troubleshooting skills

Strong skills in Oracle 11G, Toad/SQL Developer, Oracle Enterprise manager, Microsoft office tools.

Knowledgeable and experienced in common methods used for performance tuning on Oracle server database.

OCP Certified with expertise in performance tuning. 4-5 years of Oracle production and application experience.

Extensive experience in installing and configuring databases.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or business or equivalent work experience
