Location: Mercerville, NJ

Direct Client Position
In person interview

Must have strong document review experience,  and current script writing and development experience.
Also, must have experience using current QA software.

Execute system testing and facilitating user acceptance testing including writing test scripts and test plans. Maintains tracking system for results and corrective action
Compare actual project procedures to the specified standards, procedures, and, if required, specific 3rd party contractual requirements.
Create end-user documentation including quick start guides, user manuals, and on-line help systems.
Analyze quality data to detect unsatisfactory trends or weaknesses for mitigation, remediation or correction.
Conduct audits of processes for conformance to specifications and to detect processing and technical documentation deficiencies and recommend corrective action, including establishment of acceptable quality levels and statistical techniques;
Provide regular reports on the results of compliance reviews to the project team, project team leaders and management. Report on progress on action item resolution and possible risk areas.
Obtain feedback from project teams regarding the overall effectiveness of software quality processes followed. Review with team and develop continuous improvement action plans. Report status to executive team.

Prior experience testing software  Required 2 Years  
Prior experience in writing and troubleshooting SQL Scripts Required 2 Years  
ability to complete detail systems and documentation reviews Required 2 Years  
ability to meet tight timelines Highly desired 2 Years  
knowledge of SDLC Highly desired 2 Years  
Prior experience using TOAD Highly desired 2 Years  
experience in DFD environment Desired 1 Years  
knowledge of child support/Title IVD Desired 1 Years  
knowledge of NJKiDS Desired 1 Years
