Position: ServiceMax SFDC Business Analyst
Location: Milpitas, CA
Duration: Contract or Full Time
Roles & Responsibilities:
ServiceMax experienced business analyst (preferably in the Medical Device Domain).
Over 5 years' Experience on SFDC service cloud/Servicemax implementations
Should be proficient in Requirements Capturing and translating them into Functional Specifications Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
Participate in Stakeholder Meetings
Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model.
Should have good understanding of Service Function processes specifically around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation Management, Field Service Management and Knowledge Management.
Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
SFDC/SMax Certified professionals preferred
SFDC Service Cloud and ServiceMax experienced business analyst (preferably in the Medical Device Domain).
Should be proficient in Requirements Capturing and Translating them into Functional Specifications.
