To make this BOTH Adults MUST work a full time job at Minimum wage.

If there are children at home that one parent needs to care for, then the family is below the poverty line.

One job at full time will only earn $15,000 a year. 

If you have two kids earning minimum wage, you deserve minimum wage as your IQ is somewhere less than 60, which is ten points lower than your average negro.
